1. Drink Plenty of Water
Well this one is the most important one. The easiest way to hydrate your skin is to keep your body hydrated from inside.



2. Eat Lots of Green Veggies
Daily H2O comes from solid food especially vegetables. Vegetables act like two-in-one meals. It also quenches your thirst. It helps your skin glow.

3. Avoid Hot Shower
Steamy water takes away natural oils from your skin, which helps you keep it moisturized. Therefore a big no-no to hot water shower.


4. Cucumber
 We all already know that placing cold cucumber slices on your eyes, hydrates theme and the skin around them. Cucumber is the perfect way to hydrate your dull and dry skin. The high water content is super helpful.


5. Olive Oil Olive oil has fatty acid in it which helps your skin to remain hydrated and healthy. You can massage your skin with olive oil before taking a shower and that will help your skin.
