1. Mix 2 cups of flour, 3/4 cups of ghee, salt to taste and water as required and knead this into a soft and elastic dough.


2. Take the dough and form small circles with it, enough for one kulcha each.


3. Prepare the aloo stuffing and fill each ball of dough with it and seal the ends with a little water.


4. Roll out each kuncha of the desirable size with the help of a rolling pin.


5. Use a flat pan to cook the kulcha well with some butter or desi ghee, till it's browned well from each corner.


6. A good flip for your perfectly cooked kulchas. A generous helping of butter and these piping hot amritsari kulchas are ready to be devoured.
